Privacy Policy

The customer undertakes to use this service in compliance with the laws and regulations in force that apply to it, as well as the Terms and Conditions set out herein. The Holistic Essay may, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions set out herein. The customer may not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or may cause any other damage. Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT assessment, with the exception of those residing in third countries outside the European Union. Individual registration in the online store is carried out under "Registration". This registration allows for an easier purchase process, with the recording of customer identification data, allowing for immediate recognition of the customer, without the need for retyping. The Customer can update his personal data online whenever he makes a purchase on the online store. These data are sent to the client's e-mail to allow for its confidentiality, and its subsequent use is the sole responsibility of the user. The Holistic Essay collects the customer's personal data for the purpose of managing the customer's account, invoicing, providing information, as expressly authorized for this purpose, assuming a commitment to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each customer's personal data , pursuant to Law No. 67/98 of 26 October. The entire payment process, from the selection of the payment method to the introduction of data inherent to the order payment process, is properly protected with appropriate electronic security tools.

Refund Policy

If you schedule a time and need to unbook or reschedule, please,  contact us up to 24 hours in advance without any prejudice* to both parties. If you do not show up at the agreed time without prior notice, you will lose the right to the session and the amount paid for the session.

* Payment made for the session will be refunded minus transfer and payment processing costs. The amount will be made available in accordance with the rules of the customer's card company or bank.

 

Delay

The maximum delay time is 20 minutes from the scheduled time. If this time is exceeded, the session will be considered as done, without the possibility of a refund.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale

Payment methods

We accept payments by card, and for mbway or bank transfer select manual payment at check out.

Shipping deadline

The delivery period comprises the processing period plus the shipping period. The processing time is normally carried out within 72 working hours, but it can be extended up to 5 working days after payment. And the shipping time is around 24 to 48 working hours for mainland Portugal, 3 to 7 working days for the islands and Europe, and 7 to 15 working days for the rest of the world, after order processing. The delivery time may change due to delays in orders from suppliers (out of stock), holidays, national emergency issues or other issues unrelated to Ensaio Holístico.  If the out of stock lasts for more than 3 to 4 working days beyond the processing period, Ensaio Holístico will inform the customer if he intends to wait or exchange the product, otherwise the order will only be pending the arrival of the missing items.  The processing time may also be extended by 1 to 2 business days if the option of sending photographs is chosen before wrapping the order.

When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number at the end.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, rejection or any other reason not attributable to Ensaio Holístico, we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs. If the customer does not accept payment of the reshipment amount. Holistic Test will calculate the value of the items in the order, but will not refund the amount paid for shipping costs. Ensaio Holístico is not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address when indicated by the customer.

*For Pre-orders, processing may take up to 30 days to complete.

We will place the order for your pre-order to our supplier, normally within the first 72 business hours. As in this process we depend on our suppliers, we will need to wait for the product to arrive at our warehouse so that we can process your order to send it to your address.

Shipping costs

The value of delivery costs is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the product. This value is displayed in the cart before finalizing the order. As an example, an order weighing up to 100kg sent to mainland Portugal will cost €4 in economic mail, unless the order value exceeds €100. Orders over €100 for Mainland Portugal and Islands, and Europe are exempt from paying shipping costs. Except header promotions.

The products of the Programs and Services have no shipping costs for the User.

For shipments outside the national territory, both within the scope of orders from the online store, Ensaio Holístico is exempt from the responsibility of paying customs fees and customs clearance costs.

Damaged Parcels and Delivery Liability

Ensaio Holístico is responsible for and guarantees the correct packaging of all products. Once delivered to the carrier, be it the CTT company or another. The carrier is responsible for correct and complete delivery. Any and all claims must be made to the carrier. This includes delay in delivery or damage to the products, unless shipping with insurance is chosen. In order for us to help in the complaint process, it is MANDATORY TO PRESERVE THE PACKAGING MATERIALS (PACKAGING AND BOX OR SACHET). We need you to send us photographs of the damaged objects and all the packaging elements. Otherwise, we have no valid arguments to present to the carrier and we cannot in any way assume a loss that is not our responsibility.

In the case of orders that were not delivered and the tracking number displays the delivery information, it should be the customer who complains to CTT or the carrier, as only the customer (consignee) can claim that the order was not delivered.

All tracking and follow-up of the order can be done by the customer with the tracking number that Jami provides at the end of the shipping confirmation email. Any and all complaints about delay in delivery after dispatch are the responsibility of CTT or the carrier and must be made to that same entity.

Important warning

The site is currently being updated, the photographs may not correspond to the selected option. The chosen size and type are shipped. If the customer is unfamiliar with the product or has doubts, he should contact Ensaio Holístico, as we will not assume the return courses for choosing an article different from what he expected. We inform you that although the photograph corresponds to the selected product, due to differences in screen or light configuration, and because the crystals have different shapes and characteristics, the image may be slightly different from the actual product and we are not responsible for this fact. For this reason, the customer at check out can request photos of the products to be sent. In this way, Ensaio Holístico is exempt from the responsibility of indemnifying or assuming costs due to the fact that the crystals do not correspond to the expectations of the customer, having the same option to see the products and proceed with their exchange before sending the order.

The size indicated on crystals refers to the length, that is to say the longest side, except in the case of spheres where it will refer to the diameter.

1. Scope and Object of the General Conditions of the Store 

These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the “Holistic Essay” Service, with headquarters in Braga, will be governed.

The Service consists of providing, through the address www.ensaioholistico.com, access to the Store which, in addition to providing information on a set of products and/or services, allows the User, electronically, to order the products disclosed therein, in the terms and conditions described herein.  â€‹ 

The order of products must be made by Users aged 18 (eighteen) years or older (individuals under the age of 18 must have authorization from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User will enjoy full legal effects, the User recognizing electronic purchases, and the User cannot claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.  â€‹  

2. Product Information and Contents 

Ensaio Holístico will do everything possible so that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be quickly corrected whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has characteristics different from those shown online, you have the right to exchange or return it at no additional cost.  â€‹  

Ensaio Holístico will do everything possible to send all of the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes that are difficult to control by Ensaio Holístico, such as human errors or incidents in the computer systems, it is not possible to make any of the products ordered by the User. If any product is not available after placing the order, you will be notified by email or telephone. At that moment, you will be presented with the possibility of canceling the order with the respective refund, if you have already made the respective payment.  â€‹

3. Responsibilities 

3.1 All products and services sold in the Store are in accordance with Portuguese law.  â€‹  

3.2 The Store has adequate levels of security, however Ensaio Holístico will not be responsible for any damage suffered by the User and/or by third parties, due to delays, interruptions, errors and suspensions of communications that originate from factors beyond its control , namely, any deficiencies or failures caused by the communications network or communications services provided by third parties, by the computer system, by the modems, by the connection software or possible computer viruses or resulting from the download (“download”) through the infected files service or containing viruses or other properties that may affect the User's equipment. If, for any reason due to an error in accessing the electronic site of the Store, it is impossible to provide the service, Ensaio Holístico will not be responsible for any damages.  â€‹  

3.3 The queries of data and information carried out within the scope of this Service are presumed to have been carried out by the User, and Ensaio Holístico declines any responsibility resulting from the abusive or fraudulent use of the information obtained.  â€‹  

3.4 Ensaio Holístico will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by abusive use of the Service that is not directly attributable to it as a result of fraud or serious negligence.  â€‹  

3.5 Ensaio Holístico is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance or defective performance of the Service when this is not directly or indirectly attributable to it by way of fraud or serious negligence, not being responsible in particular for   (i) errors, omissions or other inaccuracies relating to information made available through the Service;  (ii) damage caused by the fault of the User or third parties, including violations of intellectual property;  (iii) for non-compliance or defective compliance resulting from compliance with judicial decisions or administrative authorities or  (iv) for non-compliance or defective compliance resulting from the occurrence situations of force majeure, that is, situations of an extraordinary or unpredictable nature, outside the Holistic Rehearsal and which cannot be controlled by it, such as fires, power cuts, explosions, wars, riots, civil insurrections, government decisions, strikes , earthquakes, floods or other natural cataclysms or other situations not controllable by the Holistic Rehearsal that prevent or jeopardize the fulfillment of the assumed obligations.  â€‹  

3.6. Holistic Rehearsal does not warrant that:  i) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or will function endlessly;  ii) the quality of any product, service, information or any other material purchased or obtained through the Service meets any expectations of the User in relation to the same;  iii) any material obtained in any way through the use of the Service is used at the risk and expense of the User, who is solely responsible for any damage caused to his system and computer equipment or for any loss of data resulting from this operation.  iv) no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from or through the Service will create any guarantee that is not expressed in these General Conditions.  â€‹  

3.7. The User accepts that Ensaio Holístico cannot in any way be held responsible for any damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, contents, or any other losses (even if previously advised by the User about the possibility the occurrence of such damages), resulting from:  i) from the use or inability to use the Service;  ii) the difficulty in obtaining any substitute goods/services;  iii) unauthorized access or modification of personal databases.  â€‹  

 

4. User Obligations 

4.1. The user undertakes to:  i) Provide personal data and correct addresses;  ii) Do not use false identities;  iii) Respect the imposed order limits.  â€‹  

4.2. If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for that reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or eventual non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User, and Ensaio Holístico declines any responsibility. In case the consumer violates any of these obligations, Ensaio Holístico reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the store, cancel the supply of any other services made available simultaneously by Ensaio Holístico to the same User; and, furthermore, not allowing the User to access any of the services provided by Ensaio Holístico in the future.  â€‹  

4.3. It is expressly forbidden to use the products and services purchased for commercial purposes, namely for the purpose of reselling goods, except by prior agreement between Ensaio Holístico and the User.  â€‹  

4.4. If any of the data is incorrect, that is, insufficient and the order is returned for that reason, Ensaio Holístico will not be responsible for paying the costs of reshipment. The User is responsible for this. If the user does not intend to do so. Ensaio Holístico reserves the right to refund only part of the amount paid for the order or product.  â€‹  

 

5. Privacy and Personal Data Protection 

5.1. Ensaio Holístico guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by Users.  â€‹  

5.2. The personal data identified on the order form as being mandatory is essential for the provision of the Service by Ensaio Holístico. The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the User is their sole and entire responsibility and may give rise to the refusal of the Service to be provided by Ensaio Holístico.  

5.3. The User's personal data will be processed and stored by computer and are intended to be used by Ensaio Holístico within the scope of the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User. Not being transmitted to any other entity unless with the consent of the User.  â€‹  

5.4. Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the User is guaranteed, without additional charges, the right to access, rectify and update their personal data, directly or upon written request, as well as the right to oppose their use for the purposes set out in previous number, and for this purpose contact Ensaio Holístico, as this is the entity responsible for processing personal data.  â€‹ 

5.5. The Internet is an open network, whereby the User's personal data, other personal information and all content hosted on the Service may circulate on the network without security conditions, even running the risk of being accessible and used by unauthorized third parties for the effect, and Ensaio Holístico cannot be held responsible for such access and/or use.  â€‹  

 

6. Cancellation of orders 

6.1 At the request of the User  

The User may cancel his order by requesting it to Jami via email referring to the order number (ensaioholistico@gmail.com), which will be accepted as long as it has not yet been processed. After processing, Ensaio Holístico will try to deliver it, but the User has the option of not accepting it. In the latter case, there is no refund of shipping costs, only the return of the value of the products.  For the purpose of cancellation, the User must provide the following data to Ensaio Holístico:

7. Return (Right of Resolution) 

7.1. The User, if he is a consumer, may exercise his right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation other than shipping costs, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good. . There is no refund of shipping costs, but the entire value of the products.  To exercise this right, the User may use the draft indicated below, indicating all his identification data, the subscribed service he intends to resolve and the subscription date. The communication must be made, by letter, through the return of the acquired good, or by another adequate and susceptible means of proof within the period defined above.   The consumer must return the goods to Ensaio Holístico within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution in the proper conditions of use.

7.2. Upon receipt of the return at Ensaio Holístico, the User will be refunded the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order, minus the respective shipping costs. If you have used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, that is, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid.  â€‹  

 

7.3. The refund method for the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card payments, these are credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when IBAN information or Mbway number is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the will of free resolution and receipt of the return of the good.  â€‹  

 

7.4. In the absence of any of the components of the item sold or, if any of them are not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price.  â€‹

8. Manufacturing defect 

 

8.1. In the event of a "manufacturing defect", that is, when faults are detected in the equipment that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective guarantee, the User must return the equipment, together with a copy of the invoice and the form "Order Exchange / Return of Equipment” completed, within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the date of invoice, to the following address:

8.2. In order for the product to be exchanged, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, terminal and accessories) containing all components that constitute it, in excellent condition.  â€‹  

 

8.3. In the absence of any of the elements mentioned above, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, no exchange will take place.  â€‹  

 

9. Warranty 

 

9.1. All equipment available in the Store is duly certified by the competent international entities.  â€‹  

 

9.2. The equipment and accessories have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which in legal terms is at least 2 (two) years. This period is considered from the date of the equipment invoice and can only be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice) duly completed.  â€‹  

 

9.3. Equipment that has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or has defects caused by abnormal wear, improper installation, bad weather, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, poor handling, infiltration of moisture/liquids, use of accessories not covered by the warranty is considered outside the warranty conditions. originals and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel.  â€‹  

 

9.4. If the equipment breaks down, and if it is covered by the guarantee, the User may take it, together with proof of purchase and/or guarantee, to a technical assistance center of the brand.  â€‹

9.6. If the equipment breaks down and this fault is not covered by the warranty, the User may take the equipment, together with proof of purchase, to a branded technical assistance centre.  â€‹ 

 

10. Intellectual Property 

 

10.1. The Ensaio Holístico Store and Services is a registered website and the Service provided by the website itself is the responsibility of Ensaio Holístico.  â€‹  

 

10.2. The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.  â€‹  

 

10.3. The User acknowledges that any content appearing in the publicity, highlight, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by laws relating to copyright and related rights, by laws relating to industrial property and other property protection laws, whereby any use of these contents can only take place under the express authorization of the respective owners.  â€‹  

 

10.4. The User undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the previous number, namely refraining from performing any acts that may violate the law or said rights, such as reproduction, commercialization, transmission or placement making such contents available to the public or any other unauthorized acts having the same contents as their object.  â€‹  

 

11.Service Security Conditions 

 

11.1. The User undertakes to observe all applicable legal provisions, namely, not to practice or encourage the practice of illegal acts or offensive to good customs, such as the indiscriminate sending of unsolicited communications (spamming) in violation of the provisions of the legislation. applicable to the processing of personal data and advertising communications through automatic calling devices, and must also observe the rules for using the Service, under penalty of Ensaio Holístico suspending or deactivating the Service under the terms set out in point 14. _cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_​

Nor does Ensaio Holístico guarantee the provision of the Service in situations of unpredictable overload of the systems on which it is supported or in cases of force majeure (situations of an extraordinary or unforeseeable nature, external to Ensaio Holístico and which cannot be controlled).  â€‹  

 

11.4. In the event of an interruption in the provision of the Service due to unpredictable overload of the systems on which it is supported, Ensaio Holístico undertakes to regularize its operation as soon as possible.  â€‹  

 

12. Suspension and Deactivation of the Service 

 

12.1. Regardless of any prior or subsequent communication, Ensaio Holístico may, at any time, and in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the Service and/or part of the Service to one or all Users.  â€‹  

 

12.2. Ensaio Holístico also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Service, in the following cases:  a) When the User does not observe the conditions of use referred to in point 4 and others referred to in the General Conditions;  b) When the Holistic Rehearsal ceases access to the Lodge, upon prior notice 15 days in advance of the cessation date.  â€‹â€‹â€‹  

 

12.3. The suspension or termination of the Service by Ensaio Holístico, under the terms of the previous numbers, regardless of the right of the User or third parties to any indemnity or other compensation, Ensaio Holístico cannot be held responsible or in any way encumbered, for any consequence resulting from the suspension, annulment, cancellation of the Service.  â€‹  

 

12.4. In the situations described above, Ensaio Holístico will notify the User, in advance, so that he can, if he so wishes, safeguard the content of his order viewing area within 3 (three) working days from the sending of the e-mail or provision of information on the main page of the Service.  â€‹  

 

13. Communications  

 

13.1. Without prejudice to other forms of communication provided for in these General Conditions, notifications made to the User relating to the Service, including any changes to these General Conditions, may be made to the User's email address, by SMS or telephone contact .  â€‹  

 

13.2. The User agrees to receive any and all communications and/or notifications related to the Online Store, to the address, contact telephone number and/or email address (“e-mail”) indicated in the ordering process.  At any time, you can request not to receive these communications and/or notifications through the Contact Form or through the “Do not receive the Newsletter” option included in each Newsletter.  â€‹  

 

14. Technical Settings

15. Changes to the Service 

 

15.1. Whenever Ensaio Holístico deems it necessary or convenient to optimize the browsing experience and/or improve connectivity conditions, it may remotely reformulate network settings.  â€‹

Without prejudice to the provisions of the following numbers, and bearing in mind the innovative nature of the Service and the technological developments to which it may be subject, Ensaio Holístico may change its technical configurations whenever this proves to be convenient to adapt it to any technological developments.  â€‹  

 

15.3. Ensaio Holístico does not, however, guarantee the User any upgrades or improvements to the Service.  â€‹  

 

15.4. Some upgrades or new features of the Service may only be available upon payment by the User and/or subscription, by the same, of Specific Conditions of Use.    

 

16. Complaints 

 

16.1. The User may submit any contractual conflicts, to arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or will be legally constituted, as well as complain to Ensaio Holístico of acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.  â€‹  

 

16.2. The complaint must be presented within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the User's knowledge of the facts, being registered in Jami's information systems, which must decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days. days from the date of receipt.  â€‹

18. Rules for the exclusive operation of the Store

 

18.1 Prices and Product Information 

 

All products are priced in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force.   

 

The prices established in this virtual store, unless otherwise indicated, will only be valid for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date, even if they receive them on a later day. All items displayed on the site are subject to stock availability, at the time the item is collected from the respective store. Missing items will not be invoiced, and you can choose to replace them with a similar item. In case of replacement, the invoiced price will be that of the substituted product and not the one originally ordered.  â€‹

18.2. Delivery Policy 

 

The deadline for delivery of products from the Online Store is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in working days and only after confirmation of payment for the order. The processing time is between 24h and 72 working hours. And the shipping time is around 24 hours to 3 business days for mainland Portugal, 3 to 7 business days for the islands and Europe, and 7 to 15 business days for the rest of the world, after order processing.   Deliveries of Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm. Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  The stated processing and shipping time takes into account stock, region, preparation and packaging time.  

 

With each order status update, Jami's system automatically sends alert e-mails to the Customer.  

 

If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, rejection or any other reason not attributable to Ensaio Holístico, we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs. If the customer does not accept payment of the reshipment amount. Holistic Test will calculate the value of the items in the order, but will not refund the amount paid for shipping costs.   

 

When purchasing a product (programs and services), whenever it is purchased using a stripe (bank card), a purchase confirmation email is sent to the user, with the digital product available immediately after payment has been made. the same.   If payment for the digital product is made through transfer or Mbway, the instructions in “payment methods” must be followed, after receiving proof of payment, Ensaio Holístico will send an email confirmation of purchase to the customer, and will release access to the digital product after validation of payment for the course. This release will take place as soon as the Holistic Rehearsal is available. The deadline for releasing the content varies on average between 1 hour and 24 working hours.  

 

Ensaio Holístico reserves the right not to consider the proof of payment sent valid and to release access to digital products and consider orders paid after validating the movement in the bank account to which the transfer was made.  The email to which proof of payment must be sent is essayhollistico@gmail.com 

 

The processing and delivery deadline may change due to vacations or employee absences, public holidays, national emergency issues or others unrelated to Holistic Rehearsal.  â€‹  

 

18.3. Shipping costs ​

 

The value of delivery costs is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the product. This value is displayed in the cart before finalizing the order. As an example, an order weighing up to 500g sent to mainland Portugal will cost €3.90 in economic mail, unless the order value exceeds €100. Orders over €100 for Mainland Portugal and Islands, and Europe are exempt from paying shipping costs.   Programs and Services products do not incur shipping costs for the User.    

 

18.4. Changes and Cancellations 

 

After completing the order, the Customer has 24 working hours to cancel the order, make changes, or change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or, even, delivery priority. For reasons of stock, all orders not paid within 5 working days will be automatically cancelled.    

 

18.5. Delivery responsibility 

 

Ensaio Holístico disclaims any responsibility for the delivery of physical orders, including damage or loss incurred during transport, which is the responsibility of the carrier, clarifications should be requested from the same.    

 

18.6. Payment Methods 

 

Ensaio Holístico has the following payment methods available: Bank Card (through the Stripe platform), and Manual Payment (Bank Transfer, Mbway).

 

18.7. Promotional campaigns 

 

Ensaio Holístico regularly runs promotional campaigns, which can either offer a discount or additional products. Any promotional campaign has a defined period, Ensaio Holístico will not accept the payment of the promotional value after the established period, either in the products of the Online Store, or of the Programs and Services.   A customer who has purchased a product after the promotional campaign deadline cannot, under any circumstances, require Ensaio Holístico to apply the campaign.   

 

Products may have a discount applied even outside a promotional campaign. For stock clearance or other purposes, discounts can be applied to products without it being within a campaign. In these cases, Ensaio Holístico can apply the discount at any time without indicating an end date. These products are usually found in the promotion category, and each product has an initial value and a promotion value.    

 

19. Response to customers 

Ensaio Holístico is not obliged to respond to questions or doubts about products raised by any of the means that Ensaio Holístico has available (social networks, e-mail, telephone contacts, face-to-face assistance), with the exception of products that have already been purchased and since that these issues are strictly related to defects/failures, warranty or return of the product in question within the legal deadlines. The User is not granted the right to indemnify or return any amount paid in the absence of a response to questions or doubts raised by any of the means available to Ensaio Holístico (social networks, e-mail, telephone contacts, face-to-face assistance), whether for the purpose of clarifying doubts about the products, or in the context of supporting Programs and Services. As long as this lack of response does not violate the rights of withdrawal, guarantee and return.    

 

23. Access to the conditions In the Online Store and Ensaio Holístico website, accessible through the links www.ensaioholistico.com/lojaonline, www.ensaioholistico.com, the present conditions are disclosed in the footer, which the User automatically accepts when purchasing any product available in one of the links.   

 

24. Update to conditions 

Ensaio Holístico reserves the right to change or update these conditions at any time without prior notice.  â€‹  

 

25. Billing of products 

 

By law, the customer is entitled to issue an invoice with NIF. The customer reserves the right to request the issuance of the invoice with the NIF. This request must be made within 5 working days after payment of the order, to the email essayholistico@gmail.com indicating the NIF, name and number of the order or program in question. After the established period, if there is no communication from the customer, Ensaio Holístico will issue the invoice to the "Final Consumer". Except if the purchase exceeds €1,000 (one thousand euros), in which case it is mandatory to issue an invoice with NIF and it will be necessary to communicate the NIF to Ensaio Holístico.  â€‹
